We are delighted to welcome Tapani Kiiski as the newest non-executive member of Creowave’s Board of Directors!
Tapani brings 30+ years of experience in the manufacturing and technology industries, including 18 years as CEO of a Nasdaq Helsinki-listed company. Today, he supports SMEs as a board chairman, board member, and consultant. His vast expertise in international customers will be a great asset to Creowave as we continue to innovate and grow.
Tapani shares his excitement for joining Creowave:

At the same time, we want to express our gratitude to Jorma Hotakainen, who will be stepping down from the board. Jorma has been an integral part of Creowave from very early days of the company, bringing his expertise in corporate and technology management. With an M.Sc. in electrical engineering, his contributions have spanned electronics, production technology, power electronics, quality, and environmental systems. We sincerely thank him for his years of commitment and guidance in the Board.
As we welcome Tapani, Petri Toljamo and Bjorn L. Pedersen will continue their roles on the board, bringing their industry knowledge and leadership experience to the board:
Petri Toljamo (Chairman) – Founder of Manea Capital Oy and HT Growth Partners Oy, an investor and board member in multiple high-tech companies, including Bittium Oyj. Petri will be the new CEO of Bittium Oyj from 1.4.2025 onwards. With 20+ years in international telecommunications, Petri has held senior executive roles in US and UK-listed companies and has extensive M&A experience.
Bjorn L. Pedersen (Non-Executive Member) – With nearly 30 years of experience in advanced instrumentation for the oil and gas sector, Bjorn is currently Sales Director at TechnipFMC, specializing in multiphase and wet gas metering.
